Omni Channel Solutions launches OMNI 360 for AI discovery measurement

Omni Channel Solutions launched OMNI 360 on July 22. The release went out at 09:07 ET through PR Newswire and AOL republished it the same day, putting the company into a crowded field where marketers are chasing visibility inside chatbots and answer engines, not just blue links.

OMNI 360 treats AI discovery as more than a dashboard or a rank tracker. The product addresses whether AI systems can find a brand, how they are represented, and which sources or signals influence the answer. That is a different problem from classic SEO, where a keyword position can be checked in a single list.

The launch arrives as measurement has become the center of the AEO conversation. Semrush’s AI Visibility Index 2026, published in June, was built on 126 million real user prompts. In April, Semrush introduced a Brand Visibility Framework at Adobe Summit, while Adobe followed on June 17 with Adobe Brand Visibility, a unified solution for the AI search era. Notified added to the momentum with a July 20 webinar focused on boosting brand visibility and proving marketing impact in the AI search era.

The category now centers on citations, mentions, share of voice, and whether a brand appears in AI-generated answers at all. Omni Channel Solutions has not published a detailed feature list in the launch headline, but the positioning points toward the same core questions AEO teams are asking in practice: how visible a brand is across generative environments, how often it appears, and whether changes in content, PR, or SEO move those outcomes.

A November 18, 2025 PR Newswire release named Michael Amkreutz as head of strategic growth and partnerships and described Omni Channel Solutions as a strategic partner for brands navigating digital commerce and the AI-powered landscape.
